Dr. Catriona D. Graham

Dr. Catriona Graham is the Director of Clinical Education, Research and Work Force Development. Dr. Graham has her MS in Pharmacology and Toxicology and a PhD in Biomedial Sciences. She holds a graduate certificate in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense and medical readiness (CBRN). In 2015, she was selected for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship with the Veteran Health Administration's Inter-professional Advanced Clinical Simulation and is currently a member of the National Curriculum Workgroup for Inter-professional medical education.

Dr. David Powers is a Cultural Architect, combining the worlds of futurist, informationist, and counselor into one. Considered a human puzzlemaster, he has a penchant for assembling random bits and bytes into workable solutions. He's a best-selling author in the areas of cognitive psychology, experimental education theory, and martial arts. He's a decorated veteran of the Marine Corps, Army, and a founding member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. As a professional model and actor he has appeared in film, fashion shows, and even comic books. Married and the proud father of three feral boys and one princess that he and his wife homeschool, his mission in life is to find the magical best mug of coffee in the world.
Dr. Lindsay McCrady has a passion for Emergency Veterinary Medicine. With over 16 years of experience in her field, she graduated at the top of her class receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Colorado State University in 2009. Lindsay's continuous quest for excellence and compassionate care led her to become the intern director for a cutting-edge internship program producing exemplary graduates every year that become invaluable members of the veterinary community. Her position as an emergency veterinarian at a progressive 24/7 emergency clinic has allowed her to understand the physiologic, biochemical and physical changes the body undergoes during traumatic situations enabling dynamic point of care response for working canines at the State and Local Police Department, University Medical Center Security, and the Border Patrol.

Dr. Lamia Soghier graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery, (MBChB) at the University of Alexandria, Egypt. An ardent learner and educator, she holds multiple degrees including her Master's Degree in Pediatrics, Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership, Graduate School of Education and Human Development, Graduate School of Education and Human Development, Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and is presently working on her Master Degree in Education at George Washington University.
Dr. Beverley Robin is Neonatologist and Director of Pediatric Interprofessional Education and Simulation.
An accomplished educator and consummate developer, she holds multiple medical licensures, course directorships and simulation program development credentials including Simulation-based Hospital Systems Testing and TESTPILOT (Transportable Enhanced Simulation Technology for Pre-implementation Limited Operations Testing). Dr. Robin is a fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics.

Craig is a passionate, experienced, life-long learner with a commitment to global performance and excellence. For 27 years Craig has expanded his clinical experience in various medical systems that include private, public, municipal and hospital-based health care systems in different geographical locations. Craig’s clinical experience includes in and out of hospital systems with specialty training and experience with trauma, pediatrics, neonates, stroke and STEMI care. Craig’s practice includes the following specialty areas: Emergency Room, fixed wing, rotor wing and ground environments with multidisciplinary teams of EMTs, Paramedics, RNs, RTs and Physicians. Craig currently holds instructor status in over 14 different programs.

Chris Rock, MSN, RN, CEN has spent the last 20 years in clinical and educational settings. His strong communication and management skills have benefited his core principals - helping others to succeed - providing an invaluable benefit to EMS, Clinical Education, and mentoring communities. Chris has applied his comprehensive understanding of critical care, emergency room and pre-hospital training to his current position as a Paramedic Program Director/EMS Training Program Manager. Chris is responsible for overall administration of CoAEMSP/CAAHEP accredited paramedic program and Infectious Disease Control Officer (IDCO).
Capt. Mike Bolender is a decorated officer and SWAT team leader with 25 years of police force experience. Following Capt. Bolenders' involvement as Incident Commander, he developed a three-pronged approach to Active Shooter Events which no other program in the country contains, providing would be “victims” with lifesaving preventative measures, critical information and tactics along with “First Care” through his company Peaceful Warrior Training Group. Capt. Bolender was awarded the "Excellence in Training" in 2016.
